To be human is to be in a relationship. My calling is helping couples and individuals on with life's challenges. I specialize in customized Couples Weekend Retreats.
My work is experiential, practical and relationally focused. With couples, I use proven methods that help you communicate better, rebuilding trust and intimacy to feel more connected. I offer customized Couple's Retreats. For individuals, I help with self discovery, anxiety and stress, and addictions—I’m VA certified in a structured approach for PTSD (CPT).
