Our fees for full 53+ minute sessions range from $80 to $175, or $200 for couples/families. Clinicians keep 40% of these reimbursements. We strive to help our clinicians maximize reimbursements from both insurance companies and client fees. For example, if a client or insurance pays us $100 per session, the clinician would retain $40.

The time to build a full caseload depends on the clinician's availability. The wider the availability, the quicker clients can be scheduled and seen. In-person clinicians and those working with children/teens or with specific certifications (e.g., EMDR) tend to have quicker and more sustainable growth in their client panel.
-
The Group Owner will develop a launching plan with the clinician, providing business coaching and planning. All clients will be informed of the clinician's plan to launch and given the option to "follow" the clinician or seek an alternate clinician in the Collab. We aim to support clinicians in successfully launching their own businesses with the clients they have already been serving. Clinicians will also be presented with our Member package to maintain employment with the Collab as a licensed clinician, or our Renter package to maintain their own practice using the Collab's office services/support.
