Welcome, and I am happy you are here. My work as a therapist is grounded in a humanistic, collaborative approach that honors your individuality, culture, and lived experience. I work with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, and those navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, ADHD, relational challenges, identity exploration, and life transitions. While I bring specialized experience in chronic illness and chronic pain, you are welcome here, no matter what challenges or experiences you are carrying.

Many individuals describe my style as warm and thoughtful. I integrate evidence-based practices with compassion and curiosity, creating an affirming, culturally responsive space where you can feel safe being fully yourself. Together, we will focus on building insight, resilience, and meaningful change while strengthening your connection to yourself and others.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process rooted in authenticity, respect, and your capacity for growth and self-discovery. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, my goal is to walk alongside you as you move toward growth, balance, and a more fulfilling life.

Thank you for trusting me in this process. I look forward to meeting you.
