If you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, OCD patterns, or the aftereffects of trauma, you may feel stuck in loops you can’t “think” your way out of. I work with people who want real tools, clear direction, and a space where you can be honest without being judged. We’ll focus on what’s happening now, what’s driving it underneath, and what needs to change.

Hi, I’m Marwan Dieken, a pre-doctoral student in clinical psychology (Psy.D.). I offer an integrative and collaborative approach to therapy, drawing from evidenced-based treatment modalities while working closely with you toward meaningful change.

In practice, we learn to balance practical skills (e.g. emotion regulation, distress tolerance) with deeper work (e.g. attachment dynamics, the “why” behind your experiences). This balance aims to improve existing symptoms while understanding underlying processes that cause the symptoms you experience. Together, we’ll identify the root of the issue, understand how that maintains the problem, and build a plan toward a healthier tomorrow.

Above all, I aim to foster a collaborative and transparent space to ensure that the therapeutic process is one that you feel personally involved in. Let’s work this out together.
