I am in-network for a number of insurance providers, but I can also provide a superbill for my out-of-network clients to help with reimbursement. Many clients opt to pay out of pocket to maintain control over the duration and pacing of therapy.
A Message from Andy:
Relationships can be one of the most meaningful – and most challenging – parts of our lives. I work with people who feel distant, disconnected, or overwhelmed in their relationships. Whether you're struggling with communication, navigating major life transitions, or trying to understand and support each other in deeper ways, therapy can help you reconnect and find a path forward. I am passionate about supporting queer and neurodivergent relationships who are navigating relationship challenges, identity exploration, anxiety, and trauma.
I love working with LGBTQIA+ relationships, helping couples and polycules build a deeper sense of connection. I also specialize in providing affirming care for queer and trans kids and teens, helping them build confidence and self-esteem. My background includes specialized training in gender-affirming care, which supports my ability to guide clients in exploring identity and belonging. As a queer and trans person myself, I provide the opportunity to work with someone who “gets it.”
I have completed trainings in emotionally focused therapy, a model that helps partners strengthen emotional bonds, express needs, and build more secure relationships. I also incorporate narrative therapy and internal family systems into my work to support clients in re-authoring limiting beliefs, accessing internal strengths, and fostering greater connection within themselves and with others. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy to further strengthen my clinical expertise.
Navigating identity and relationships can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re not sure where to turn. I understand these struggles deeply and offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore your challenges and find clarity. If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing and empowerment, I invite you to reach out.
