A Message from Jessica

I work with children, teens, and adults, specializing in ADHD, autism, grief, anxiety, depression, and helping those processing religious trauma or LGBTQIA+ identities. My practice is grounded in equity, advocacy, and justice, with a science-based approach to help you find practical solutions.

I specialize in “angst” for people who feel misunderstood, stuck, or overwhelmed. Whether you’re grieving, navigating identity, or just unsure how to move forward, I’m here to help you process, heal, and find clarity. Therapy with me is about meeting you where you are, using creativity, humor, and trauma-informed care to create lasting change. Whether through art, play, or body movement, I believe therapy should feel engaging and personal, meeting you where you are.

Does any of this sound like your experience?  My clients often include:

  • A young child grieving the loss of a loved one, struggling to connect at home or school, and acting out in frustration.

  • A high-achieving teen who’s suddenly feeling off-track and unmotivated, struggling to manage stress and find balance.

  • A teenager who feels different from their peers—especially when it comes to body image and relationships—and is navigating the emotional rollercoaster of puberty.

  • A college student who’s been holding it together for others but feels overwhelmed and disconnected from themselves.

  • A young adult diagnosed with ADHD or autism who’s relieved to have answers but uncertain about how this new knowledge will shape their future.

  • Someone navigating the aftermath of a breakup, questioning their own choices and struggling with trust in themselves.

  • A parent who’s noticing their teen's behavior shifting—whether through mood swings, anxiety, or withdrawal—and wants to understand how to better support them.

  • Someone processing religious trauma and trying to navigate healing from faith-based or spiritual harm, while rebuilding trust in themselves and their identity.

Whether you’re navigating life transitions, building self-esteem, or healing from past experiences, I’m committed to helping you find clarity and healing. If any of this resonates with you, let’s work together to create meaningful change in your life. I’m looking forward to hearing from you.
