Are you wondering if therapy might be for you? Well, you are not alone. Therapy can be for everyone—you do not need to have a specific problem or diagnosis. Sometimes it just feels good to talk to another person. In places like Argentina, over 30% of the population sees a therapist as a standard part of life. Therapy is most effective when the therapist is the right fit—someone you feel comfortable with and trust that they can help. Investing in your mental health is one of the best investments you make in yourself.

Hello, I am Rebeca. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor based in the greater Sacramento area. As a teen mom in high school I found the support of a school counselor who empowered me to create change in my life and others. For this reason, I became a therapist to help others feel empowered to reach their full potential and life/relationship goals.

Because mental health is just as important as our physical health, I am committed to help break down the stigma of seeking care/support and making it more accessible. Come see me, let’s talk! All are welcome.
