I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a certified 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (200 RYT) with a passion for helping individuals, couples and families create meaningful and lasting change in their lives. My approach integrates a deep understanding of neuroplasticity, empowering clients to harness their brain's natural ability to adapt and rewire through cognitive behavioral therapy and behavioral activation. I work collaboratively with clients to identify specific behavioral patterns, develop clear and achievable objectives, and implement practical strategies to reach their goals. My aim is to support clients in cultivating greater self-awareness, resilience, and a sense of agency as they navigate their personal growth journeys.

I am honored to walk alongside each client as they navigate their life journey, believing firmly that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued. I view my clients as the experts of their own narratives.

My practice focuses on integrating a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Practices, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Play Therapy. My practice is consistently rooted in a trauma-informed framework and culturally inclusive approach.

Additionally, I have experience with assessing barriers to achieving active physical movement and awareness to foster mental well-being and facilitate emotional and somatic identification and experience.
