I believe that each of us deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued. I believe that each client I work with is the expert of their story and I am honored to be a small part in their journey through life. I am passionate about utilizing and incorporating physical movement and exercise to nurture one’s mental health and allow for emotional / somatic identification/experience. I also have experience working with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Practices, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Play Therapy. I also ensure to work within a trauma informed framework and culturally inclusive approach.

I aim to support my client’s develop a sense of agency, autonomy, and self actualization. I believe that each one of us has a childhood and lived experience to process, re-build, and learn from within a therapeutic relationship; I celebrate the development of  this story for each of my clients.
