A Message from Kaylee:

Taking the step to ask for help and find a therapist is not easy. If you're reading this, you've already taken a crucial step toward your wellness, healing, and personal development. You might be exploring your identity and addressing internalized beliefs about yourself. Perhaps you’re navigating a life transition and experiencing the uncertainty and adjustments it brings. You may also be grappling with feelings of sadness, anxiety, fear, loss, or confusion, seeking to understand or cope with these emotions. Whatever your journey involves, remember that your struggles, feelings, and existence are recognized and valued here.

My practice is client-centered and humanistic, placing you at the heart of our work and considering all aspects of your identity and the systems you inhabit. I also have a narrative therapy lens, which focuses on reframing the stories we have about our lives. You are not your problems. Together, we'll uncover the tools and wisdom already within you.

You are not alone, and you don’t have to face this journey by yourself. I believe navigating mental health challenges is more effective with a compassionate guide by your side, and I aspire to be that for you as we delve into your inner world together. It would be an honor to be your advocate, support, and partner on your path to your next best self.
