A Message from Jade:

Something I find myself saying often is that "Life is beautiful, but life is hard." I'm here to walk with you through those tough moments, whether you're seeking therapy for your child or teen, looking to strengthen your relationship with your partner, or ready to invest in the all-important relationship with yourself.

When it comes to kids, I have a deep passion and confidence in my ability to connect with them. Having worked in CPS, group homes, and preschools, I’ve seen firsthand how important it is for children to feel supported, understood, and empowered. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help kids reframe their thoughts, manage challenges like bullying or anxiety, and build resilience that will last them a lifetime.

For adults and young adults, I know how overwhelming it can feel when life doesn’t seem to align with who you are or where you want to be. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, or unresolved trauma, I’m here to help you navigate those challenges through CBT & Narrative Therapy, where we can reshape the way you see yourself and your story. Together, we’ll work toward recognizing your strengths, challenging unhelpful patterns, and creating meaningful, positive change.

When I work with couples, I’m excited to partner with you as you navigate the ups and downs of your relationship. Whether it’s tackling communication issues, strengthening your connection, or navigating co-parenting, I use Gottman’s work and attachment theory to create a space where both partners feel heard and supported. I love working with couples because I know the power of healing and growth when both individuals commit to the journey together.

Ultimately, my goal is to be by your side—helping you, your child, or your partner uncover the tools and strengths you already have. We’ll work together as a team, because no matter how difficult things may feel right now, I truly believe you can thrive.
