Stressed At Home: Managing Family, Work and Homeschooling
Stressed At Home: Managing Family, Work and Homeschooling
Since being under quarantine, have you noticed that your stress level is a bit higher than usual? This class is designed to act as both a support group and psycho-educational class to give you support as we all work to get through this trying time together.
Support Classes will be on Thursdays at 1pm PST (California time). Classes will be online and use both audio and video (optional)- this can be done via a computer or phone. Classes will be $30/week ($20/week for current clients) for 8 weeks or can be paid in full up front for $200/person ($40 off). Folks joining after the first class will have the same options for payment. Please register via the link below to sign up.
The class will be taught from both a mindfulness and empowerment perspective and will be led by a California-based Psychotherapist and local specialist in minority mental health and social justice focused services, Jasmine Ali, MSW, ACSW. Jasmine Ali is an Adjunct Professor of Social Work at CSU Sacramento, a Private Practice Psychotherapist and the managing mental health clinician of the Trauma & Crisis Intervention Program at Opening Doors, Inc.
Please note that you do NOT have to pay the fee when you register, and will instead be charged on the day of each class for weekly charges, or on the day of the first class for the full upfront charges.
Looking forward to working with all of you!
