A Message from Karen:

Life-ing isn’t easy, and it can be especially difficult if you are neurodivergent living in a neurotypical world. When you feel like a fish tasked with climbing a tree and you just can’t seem to ever get it right, it would make sense that anxiety, overwhelm, depression, burnout, relationship issues, and that gnawing sensation of not enoughness start to show up. It can be exhausting, but you don’t have to go it alone. Feeling seen and understood can ease the path to greater acceptance, authenticity, well-being, and a deeper connection with yourself and others.

As a neurodiversity-affirming clinician with lived experience, the understanding that neurological differences are not deficits is at the forefront of my practice. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space for neurodivergent adult individuals and couples to explore their unique strengths and navigate challenges with empathy and understanding.

I bring my genuine curiosity, silly sense of humor, and interests in nerd culture into the therapy room with me. If the idea of working with a therapist who is a blend of Linda Belcher from Bob’s Burgers and Leslie Knope from Parks And Rec, let’s get a consultation call scheduled!
