A Message from Aires:

Are you a teen or young adult feeling stuck in life or lost after college? Do you want to build friendships but don't know where to start—or wish you had a community to share your interests with? Whether you're facing challenges with relationships, career choices, or the uncertainties of post-grad life, I've got your back. My natural optimism and genuine love for connecting with people will help you discover the untapped possibilities in every situation.

As a first-generation Filipino American and practicing Catholic, I understand how layered identity and belonging can feel. My faith-based approach is rooted in empathy and wonderment, creating a safe space for reflection, healing, and growth—without judgment. With over 10 years of youth ministry experience and a background in community mental health, I bring a culturally aware, spiritually grounded, and trauma-informed lens to my work.

I especially enjoy supporting teens, college students, and young adults who are navigating questions of self-worth, purpose, and faith. Whether you're working through grief, anxiety, or strained family dynamics, we can dive deep into your emotions—without getting stuck there. I integrate expressive arts therapy to help you access insight and healing in ways beyond just talking.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone. Together, we’ll weave the fragmented parts of your story into a clearer, more hopeful narrative. If you’re ready to explore what’s next, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
