A Message from Michelle:

Sometimes life changes in ways that leave little time to prepare. The postpartum period, experiences of perinatal loss, anxiety and depression or living through trauma can deeply affect your sense of safety, connection, and emotional well-being. You may feel overwhelmed, anxious, low in mood, disconnected, or unsure of yourself—while still holding moments of love or meaning. Therapy can be a supportive space to slow down, restore a sense of safety, and begin healing at your own pace.

I work from a trauma-informed, collaborative approach and will meet you where you are, honoring your boundaries, readiness, and lived experience. Together, we’ll focus on building grounding and coping skills and when you feel ready—using approaches such as EMDR, CBT, and DBT to gently process experiences and support growth and healing.

If things feel difficult to manage right now, you don’t have to go through this alone. Healing has no timeline. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward greater ease, connection, and safety within yourself.
