Immigration Evaluations

Mental health evaluations for at-risk deportation and asylum-seeking cases

Counseling Col:lab provides mental health evaluations for at-risk deportation and asylum-seeking cases necessary for immigration attorneys, nonprofits who provide legal assistance to immigrants, undocumented immigrant centers, and undocumented or at-risk-for-deportation individuals across the State of California.

Evaluations are performed by a therapist with an expertise in working with refugee, asylee and immigrant clients, particularly those from under-served, ethnic minority backgrounds. Interviews will take 3-4 hours (4-5 hours for extreme hardship) and may be accomplished in our Sacramento office (post-COVID) or via telehealth.

Rates:

$1250 for VAWA, Asylum-Seeking, U Visa and T Visas

$1350 for Extreme Hardship Waivers
