A Message from Lynda:

When you’re constantly on edge, haunted by past traumas, or overwhelmed by anxious thoughts, your experience is often a lonely one, leaving you exhausted and longing for relief and understanding. Although you’re hurting and probably wondering why this is happening, I’m glad that it’s led you to consider therapy. My mission is to create a safe and nurturing space where you can confront what’s going on inside, and discover a new way of being. When you trust me with your story, together we'll unpack the layers of your experiences, gently untangling the knots of trauma and grief that have been holding you back.

I specialize in providing therapy for individuals 8+ navigating trauma, grief, and the complexities of neurodivergence. Through empathetic understanding, a little creativity to keep it engaging, and evidence-based techniques including CBT, DBT and EMDR, I equip individuals and families with the knowledge and tools to navigate life's complexities.

Whether you're dealing with relational challenges, embracing your neurodiversity or living with a constant sense of unease, I'm here to offer guidance, support, and practical strategies to help reclaim your sense of peace and empowerment. If you're ready to get unstuck, reach out. Together, we can turn your pain into power and your struggles into strengths.
