A Message from Lillian:

In a world full of noise and expectation, are you feeling stuck? My passion lies in supporting Queer young adults and others facing life transitions as they actively seek identities, lifestyles, career paths & relationships that truly reflect their authentic selves. Along this journey of self-discovery, we also work on rejecting what doesn’t fit—whether it's the weight of parental expectations, the influence of religion, or the burden of internalized societal norms. Therapy with me is a space where you can find confidence in the life path that resonates with you, overcoming the anxiety, attachments, trauma & grief that may have characterized your life until now.

Through modalities such as EMDR, DBT, Reality therapy, and Somatic therapy, my clients learn the tools and cognitive reframes needed to rewrite their relationships with themselves and others. My approach is one of gentle guidance, fostering an environment where you can delve deep into your innermost self and emerge with newfound clarity and strength.

If you find yourself at a crossroads, questioning the path you're on, or finally ready to address the parts of your childhood that weren’t so great, I’m here to offer support and the tools needed to help you grow into the version of yourself you want to be. Diversity of identity and expression is embraced and respected.
