A Message from Aires:

Are you a teen or young adult feeling stuck in life or lost after college? Do you want to build friendships, but don't know where to start, or wish you had a community to share your interests with? Whether you're facing challenges with relationships, career choices, or the uncertainties of post-grad life, I've got your back. My natural optimism and genuine love for connecting with people will help you discover the untapped possibilities in every situation. I can be the person you trust with the fragmented and uncertain parts of yourself, helping you weave together a coherent narrative of healing and self-discovery.

You're not alone on this path. I've helped many individuals just like you who felt stuck or uncertain. As a practicing Catholic, my faith-based approach is rooted in empathy and “wonderment,” creating a safe space for reflection and listening without judgment. We'll dive deep into your emotions without getting stuck there. From managing healthy relationships to coping with depression or trauma, I'm here to help support your growth.

Hey, I know it can be tough, but without struggles there can be no growth. Let's walk through this time of transition together. If you're a high school teen, college student, or young adult who knows that things can be better but doesn’t know how to get there, reach out. Together, we'll discover your strengths and embrace each new stage of life with confidence.
