“You can overcome your pain and create the life that you want.”

At times we may find ourselves stuck. Stuck in grief, stuck in pain, loss and at times even complacency. The tough part is believing it’s possible to overcome it. While it may feel scary, there is a way out of your pain and there is opportunity to create the life you want.

You may be thinking, “Great! How quickly can I release all of this and create the life I want?” That depends on how open you are to uncovering the parts of you that are hurting, getting to the root of it, and creating a new narrative for your life. Therapy provides a safe, unbiased space to learn about the unconscious aspects of yourself.

As humans, the more we understand who we are, and why we are the way we are, the more we can use that information to make healthy decisions, resolve long standing issues, and live a more fulfilling life.

Helping individuals uncover what’s holding them back, unpack the pain, understand it, and curate a path for their wellness, is the core of my therapeutic practice. Working with individuals suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), developmental trauma, stress, and anxiety while providing a safe space to heal is the most rewarding part of my career.

How I work:

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, curious, and trauma informed. This means my goal is to help you to find your unique form of wellness on your journey to becoming whole. I know that it takes a great amount of vulnerability to seek help and even more courage to show up for it. Please know, I honor that vulnerability and I honor the privilege to help you get through it.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I love practicing self-care and wholeness. I adore trips to vintage record stores for my vinyl collection. I also love roller skating, hiking, and quoting lines from my favorite movies.

I provide in-person and online therapy in California to individuals and families.
