A Message from Michelle:

Sometimes life can come at us fast. It can be hard, unpredictable, scary and sometimes beautiful all at the same time. I am a firm believer that therapy is a place to heal, develop self awareness and navigate life’s challenges in a safe, non judgemental and supportive space. Whether you are struggling with anxiety or depression, adjusting to becoming a new or single parent, recovering from trauma or need support processing a loss such as a divorce or miscarriage. I am dedicated to meeting you exactly where you are to empower you to process and unpack feelings, thoughts, behaviors and patterns you no longer want to carry on your journey to healing. This journey may be difficult or uncomfortable at times but I will be with you every step of the way at the pace that feels most comfortable for you.

Through my own life experiences, I understand the courage, strength and vulnerability  it takes to decide you want to make a change in your life.I understand the feeling of brokenness and the determination it takes to rebuild your life and find your purpose. In my 10 years of experience working in mental health and social work settings, I learned the importance of advocacy, collaboration and the value of human connections. As your therapist, I offer you authenticity, acceptance, compassion and warmth. In sessions, I utilize many different therapeutic approaches that are tailored to the individual needs, preferences and desires. Collaboratively, we will work hand in hand to help you explore your thoughts and feelings, develop new coping skills and establish healthier habits and behaviors.

If you have found yourself in a situation where it's difficult to manage and you need support, let's connect. You do not have to do this alone. I would be honored to walk with you on your journey to living the life you desire.
