A Message from Yadira:

What have you learned about yourself recently that’s brought you to this page? Maybe you’ve discovered that you can’t keep going the way you were, or that there are deeper issues that affect the way your family communicates. It could be that you’ve received a diagnosis (Depression, BPD, Bipolar) to explain the symptoms you’ve been facing for years.  Or maybe you’re here because you’re finally ready to accept that it’s okay to ask for help. Whatever your journey, as a bilingual LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, I'm here to guide you through your unique path of growth and healing. Seeking this support is both courageous and transformative.

Recognizing the demands of modern life, I provide flexible telehealth sessions to accommodate your schedule.  With a focus on adaptable interventions and an understanding that goals evolve, together we'll work towards your aspirations, fostering resilience and embracing change.
