I graduated with a double major in Psychology and Sociology from the University of California at Santa Barbara and received my Masters in Social Welfare degree from the University of California at Berkeley.

I hold the foundational belief that crisis equals danger plus opportunity. In the context of our therapeutic relationship, we will work together to identify healthy coping skills and strategies to improve self and critical relationships. Throughout the therapeutic process, we will explore the future opportunities that will arise out of this transitional time in your life.

Symptoms of depression and anxiety can be overwhelming and can become debilitating. It is my passion to help individuals identify and mange these symptoms, in order to return to an even higher level of functioning than prior to treatment.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker #20127, State of California
