Transition, trauma, and transformation are my specialties. Life transition, career transition, transition in relationships, racial trauma, the trauma of loss, sexual assault trauma, imposter syndrome, and personal transformation. Much come with each and using the mind, body, soul connection I support you in finding healing, and a new sense of being. Healing is done in connection with others through embodied connection, awareness, and meaning or faith. Together through connection, you can bring healing into your life.

I am a Licensed Clinical Counselor and have a Master Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and RYT-500. Additionally, I am Certified Brainspotter, and an Integral Somatic Psychology Practitioner, specializing in trauma, attachment and the individuation process through embodiment. I am also, currently in advanced standing as an all but dissertation candidate (ABD) in a Depth Psychology and Integrative Therapy Ph.D. program.

I believe we all innately have what we need to heal, to grow, or to transform, all we need is a witness or present non-judgmental support. I would like to be your witness and support you on your journey. Healing is not a destination. It is a process of awareness, acceptance, and transformation. Give me a call and we can chat about your journey.
